> 3 dayI ended up buying 8 of them as I just kept finding new uses. I integrated them easily with Google Home. I cant comment on how they work with Alexa as I dont use it. You can turn them on and off manually or use automatic timers built into the Govee app or they can be integrated them into Google Home and use the Home routines to do the same thing. They require a 2.4Ghz wifi signal. My wireless router puts out both 2.4 and 5, so I didnt have a problem. If your router only puts out 5Ghz then they wont work.

> 3 dayHad a problem connecting with Alexa after approximately 6 months of use with my second purchase. I contacted Govee through their mobile app and even though it was not their issue they explained the problem and I was back up and running. Been using their products for 2 years now and even though they are 1 year warranty they all are still working great. Highly recommend, easy setup, did I mention? FANTASTIC SERVICE

Greater than one weekCannot brag on these enough. Set up and connection is super simple - takes less than 2 minutes if you already have a Govee account. We currently have 1 set of Christmas lights, our mirror lights in the bathroom, and 1 set of bedroom lights set up on these. Its so convenient to able to turn on or off thru an app - especially because 2 of the light sets we have set up on Govee plugs are in very hard to get ti places. Definitely recommend.

> 3 dayA nice and affordable set of smart plugs! The Bluetooth connection worked very quickly, but getting the plugs connected to the WiFi was trickier. But heres what I had to do (it was pretty painless once I realized it): If you have a router (e.g., Cox Panoramic WiFi) that broadcasts 2.4 and 5 GHz networks simultaneously, then its a good idea to separate the networks using the router/modem app and make them have different names. This way, you know the plugs/lights/smart home devices are connected to the correct frequency during the setup. Once I made that change, the setup was a breeze! Easier and quicker to set up than my plugs that connect with the SmartLife app and skill. I would recommend the Govee H5080 plugs.

> 3 dayI bought 4 of these Govee smart plugs to control my wifes Christmas trees. They turn on and off the trees all over the house. I think she giggles with delight every time she says Alexa, turn on Christmas. Shes a big kid when it comes to Christmas. These smart plugs simply turn on and off the trees, no more, no less. They were easy to set up. You need the Govee app on your phone to get them connected to wifi. Then create a routine for Alexa to turn on and turn off the plugs. Enjoy your new smart plugs!
