Apply the oil after a shower in the evening and use the balm in the morning before heading out the door. The smell is absolutely amazing. My wife insists on smelling my face after EVERY application. A little dab will do ya! Application equals guaranteed 3rd base if not fully scoring! Its like an Axe commercial mated with an Old Spice advertisement and had a how to get laid fragrance offspring.

Bought for a friend after buying my own kit. We are both quite happy and so are our girlfriends.

I gave this four stars because it is an excellent product, gives the beard a healthy shine and the balm holds strong for hours. The one thing i absolutely dispise about this oil and balm is the scent. It smells to me like old lady perfume, for some reason really powdery smelling. The aroma changes to something more bearable after about five hours, more of a woodsy scent. I know this sounds like the review from a mad man but its the best i could convey through keys.

Bought this a couple months back and used 3-4 times. In that time frame after the second day I noticed I was breaking out in my beard after using these products. So I took a break from using it and tried it again and sure enough, breakouts on my fave. It smells good and I wish I could give this a better rating but I have to be honest in my rating. I have it 2 stars for the good smell at least but now I have a $25 product sitting in my drawer that I can’t use.

Helps maintain my beard

Smells good and the oil works really well. I havent had much luck with the balm but it does kind of calm the errant hairs down a bit.

Got the beard oil and balm in the Gentelmens blend (bourbon scent). I have not really noticed a major improvement on my beard. I like the oil better as it is easier to apply ( three drops is enough) the scent is mild and very pleasant. It smells like an old school barbershop. It smells very clean and is not overpowering at all. At first I could not place exactly what it smelled like but yesterday I found a candle that smells just like it. It was a sandalwood and lavender candle. My beard smells much better now and feels a bit softer but nothing miraculous. Good product for the price. Good smell. Does not leave beard feeling greasy at all. If you never used a beard oil I would recommend this one as it is half the price as other brands, smells better and feels the same on the beard.

The beard oil is very nice, just a dab goes a long way. The beard balm works well for smoothing and taming long hairs. I wish the smell was a little stronger but overall a very nice product.

Ive only been using this for a couple of days, but I can already see a difference. It feels great, & smells incredibly masculine. It doesnt feel like the cheap stuff. I will definitely use Grave Before Shave again!
