Grave before Shave puts out great products. If you are growing out your beard or have one now you need good beard care. The scent on this is also amazing. Big Red Beard approved!

This is my first with using oil and a balm. Having the same scent, it was a gamble. Ive never used their products. The balm is firm, but melts quickly. The oil softens the beard nicely, prior to balm application. The scent is truly the best feature.

Definitely not bourbon. I was pleased with the texture of the products and am sure they are fine, but this scent was not at all what I expected. I love bourbon.... real bourbon. I was hoping for a woody, light caramel, with a hint of spice. Once this product was applied and had time to warm up it smelled like musk cologne. I cannot stand musk. I applied this before attending a four hour meeting and regretted it. As the room warmed up, the scent became stronger and I was overwhelmed by the smell of musk. I triple washed my beard to get the smell out as soon as I was home. The product alone seems fine, but the labeling needs fixed to properly address the scent.

This is the first beard balm or oil I have purchased, and I like it. The smell doesnt really remind me of bourbon, but it is a nice scent and not too overpowering. The tin of balm is pretty small, but a little goes a long way so it really lasts.

Smells like your grandpa’s old spice after shave.... But it does make your beard very soft. Not sure I’d buy this again unless your either over 55 or a millennial hipster.

Okay so let me start with before this product I was using Argon oil and Honest Amish beard balm. I was looking for change of sent. As well I was looking for a little more moisture out of the leave in conditioner. First things first. The smell I love. Not strong very pleased with the manly sent. Second the oil is pretty lame it really doesnt do much other then leave my beard feeling dry by itself. Compared to the argon oil I give it a low 2. The conditioner is lacking too, the first night I put it in seemed okay not quite on parts with the amish conditioner the biggest fault was the next morning. When I tried to comb it out, it was tangled more then normal as well I could see an an excess of broken hair in the sink. I have tried to use it for two more days still with similar results. Overall it gets a 3 for the smell and the fact that it leaves my beard shiny I will probably use the rest of the product only for a fair assessment but I will not order it again.

This smells amazing, my husband seems to really enjoy it. He hasnt used it quiet long enough to say how good the product is...but the smell alone is a definite must!

If you want your beard to stand out this is all you need in it. The smell is great and keeps your beard flawless and tangle free.
