I got this for my 6 year old who doesnt fall asleep in the car often but when he does his head falls forward which isnt safe. This product has helped keep his head up in a safer position in case of an accident while he is sleeping. Easy to use and he loves it.

The inside pillow inside slides out to easy for kids to attach to seatbelt

It slides up and down. Not really a pillow for seatbelt.
