I got this for my 6 year old who doesnt fall asleep in the car often but when he does his head falls forward which isnt safe. This product has helped keep his head up in a safer position in case of an accident while he is sleeping. Easy to use and he loves it.

These seem like a great idea but need some work. The outer material is soft and comfortable and can be cleaned.They wrap easily around a seat belt but don’t stay in place very well - tend to slip down as there isn’t enough stuffing and it is very compressible. Works better with two insides stuffed into one sleeve. Might work better for a toddler needs a more bulk adding to it to be used by anyone older than that.

These are great. Used to travel on Long trips to and from the hospital during my sons cancer treatment. I’ve ordered this pair 3Xs. Make sure you take them apart before washing. The fluffy pack thing inside will melt in the drier.

This product was total crap. No support and keeps falling off. Don’t buy
