> 24 hourI cannot go through allergy season without this item. When my sinuses are swollen and/or blocked, I boil some water and then melt some of these crystals in it. Then I put a towel over my head and inhale as much steam and scent that I can handle. Sometimes I have to remove the towel a little bit to get some air. I keep lots of tissues on hand as my nose starts running a lot. It also makes me spit out any phlegm that I have in my throat. When my nose stops running, I know that I am done and I feel a whole lot better. My nasal passages are clear and so is my throat.
