One of my favorite inspirational movies.

I love Dwayne Johnson movies as most are based on true stories and Gridiron Gang did not disappoint. I loved the story and the acting was wonderful. You wont be disappointed.

Loved it. It will make you tear up but it is a really good movie. I will watch it again and again.

Absolute great movie! Some people might find this movie a bit preachy, or whatever, but thats alright. It was inspiring. I think we as a society need more movies like this. We watch the news and witness stories of so much tragedy, but what a lot of people dont know is that there are so many stories of people doing great things, positive things that changes communities, changes peoples lives for the better. When you see a movie like this where a man takes a group of people who feel that they dont have any hope, and instills in them a sense of hope, you cant help but feel inspired.

He has a great message in his films!! So wake up younger people and take heed! What a great guy to have as your mentor! He has been there and done it so he knows what real life is about.....Plus he is totally HOT!!

no need to reiterate what the others posted.. this simply is a great movie. great acting especially by the guy that plays Willie & Calvin. The downside to it, i could have done w/o the racial comments. the white teams that they play, they have a couple racist players on their team that are always in Willies face... the movie could have left that out of the script. we already know the schools they are playing hate them.. theres no need to add racism.

Ive always had an affinity for children that need fixing. This movie definitely pulled at my heartstrings, especially since its based on a true story. If every household had a father figure like Sean Porter, wed probably see fewer residents in JDCs across the country. Of course, a flick that has boys that need fixing and The Rock as a star, is going to have my vote anyway.

Great movie! Language and explicit violence make it inappropriate for younger family members, but our teens actually sat and watched the whole thing with us.
