Very powerful message delivered in a way that anyone can understand. I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend it. Its a must see again movie.

This is one of those rare gems that seemingly gets overlooked by the mainstream and thats a shame. The movie is based on a true story that should make everyone proud. It addresses hard work, ethics, endurance and having the ability to make a negative into a positive. Its a feel good movie of the highest order and I highly recommend this film to any and all who like feeling good when the credits roll. Its well made and highly motivational...a good combination....and...its entertaining.....

I really enjoyed seeing the rock in a different role. He is hard on these guys but underneath the hard shell is a gentle giant. His character really cares about each of these young men and it really showed that even though he was playing a part he really meant it.

I wish this would be practiced more in the world in order to tackle gang violence. This movie always makes me shed a tear.

This is a surprisingly good movie. Its a true story about a youth detention counselor (starring Dwayne The Rock Johnson) who needs to come up with a strategy to straighten out some unruly male juvenile delinquents so that they do not return to a life of crime on the mean streets of their respective neighborhoods. The counselor decides that the youths could build character and learn some very valuable life-lessons through the teamwork of organized football. Its not an immediate transformation but they eventually come around to trusting each other and become a real team.

Good movie to watch in the privacy of my home. Too bad that this is real life today, but at times I do enjoy watching good movies and this is a good movie.

Im not a huge fan of football movies, but this one goes beyond that. It has its cliched moments, but overall, it has a wonderful message. And the fact that its based on real events is even better. A movie I think everyone should see.

Got for my husband. He loves it and I just watch it for the Rock LOL. Good movie fast shipping what more could you want?
