This speaker grill works great with high excursion woofers. Standard grills do not provide enough room for the speaker to move without contacting the grill. Small stuff can still contact the speaker, but at least these cant crush in when hit hard.

Initially, the grilles would not fit over my 10” Kenwood Excelon subs because of the way the subwoofers were made. I was going to cut them down to fit, however, with the purchase of some 1/2” nylon spacers I made them work and they get the job done. They’re very sturdy and look great!

Love it! I had to buy it again and they both are just too perfect!

Use some Nylon standoff spacers to allow the extra room for subs with high excursion. I colored mine Black with a few coats of permanent marker. Let each coat dry thoroughly before applying the next and it looks fine.

I purchased this grill cover for my skar 12” sub. Fit great. Has about 1/8” of clearance on each side of the sub.

Fit perfect around my 12 sub. Will keep it protected in case any bodies are rolling around in my trunk.

Clean, simple, and mounted easily. Has saved my sub countless times. Would definitely recommend. I have a Pioneer 10 inch.

Tried buying cheaper ones with the clips, they sucked and didnt fit right . Bought one of these to test it out, fit like a glove. Sturdy and very simply to install. Just ordered another one.
