> 3 dayUsed on my 12 skar vxf. Had to use spacers for a peg board for that subwoofer cuz it has a high excursion. This was the only grill that I could find to fit the bill. I searched for days online. So if you want to protect your high excursion subs make sure u buy some type of spacer too. I used to for extra protection and the look dope imo.

> 3 dayI bought these for my two ddx-12s. They fit perfectly in every way. I built my box with flush mounts for the speakers, so theres no way itll rub from excursion. If you have problems with that you could probably get some spacers and longer screws for it. They seem very sturdy. No problems with the screws that were included. They went into the mdf just fine. I love these grills!

> 3 dayPerfect fit on my Kicker sub box. More than enough room for the speaker to move. Came already assembled with screws. Install was simple, line it up, and drive in the 4 screws, done. Now I dont have to worry about stuff in the cargo area of my Durango damaging my sub.

> 3 dayVery easy to install and sturdy build quality. They are a little too small to fit ontop of a Fosgate punch p3 beauty ring but i took the ring off because these offer much better protection. Theyve already saved me from a couple punctures.

> 3 dayLove it! Tuff enough to survive a grocery bag & heavy suitcase impact, wish it had 1 more bar for a “little” bit more protection so I ignored the horizontal instructions & turned my vertical.

> 3 dayDo not buy this is you’re planning on using with a high end subwoofer. I had this on a custom built Sundown Zv5 10” and within the first day it was obliterated by the sub. The screws stripped from the grill and caused the slats to slap against my sub causing damage to my surround, thankfully it was only visual damage and didn’t rip through. I wouldn’t recommend this at all, for any sub, after my experience. If you can, buy a single one piece grill and use some heavy duty screws like Spax to secure it down.
