For example, to meet... UL requirements as advertised, the cable must be UL Listed, be marked as UL, have follow up service at the factory to ensure quality is maintained, etc. Those are ULs requirements - just ask them. To their credit, they will tell you it is not Listed if you ask and offered a refund.

Wire is heavily insulated and seems to be 12awg. I felt confident in running it around my boat. It arrived on time and in good condition.
