Great to have, I also own G skill 2400mhz for the desktop, but noticed I was getting worse performance than Micron 16gb (8x2) in some applications in my Acer Slim 5. However, I dont use those programs much at all and have found that typically it provides greater speed than 16gb of memory, so I am still pleased at the value. I added graphene heatsinks to it and maybe that contributed to performance loss but I doubt it. The startup seems to take longer than usual, and it would appear Im not the only one noticing this. The difference is, however, only a second or two, so Im not bothered. I would purchase this again.

Games run flawlessly

I work on the internet and have a lot of applications open at the same time. Currently, since I installed these my ram usage sits at about 24 to 29 GB at any given time and these bad boys do the work.

I started playing fortnite with my kids on my laptop. It consistently lagged and crashed. This was a great value. Received in a timely manner. Watched a short video on installation and was probably up and running within 15 minutes of receipt. Interestingly it seemed to slow down my startup speed, not much, a few seconds probably, but overall performance is significantly better. Benchmarking to fortnite the lag is occasional but I believe its wifi and not RAM and crashes rarely but I believe that is the game. Great purchase. Happy all around.

These were a no brainer exchange for my laptops 16fb memory. Same clock speed and everything and from what I can see a slightly faster internal clocking on the memory. But no issues or glitching at all. Works great

The RAM works well so far. I had some issues installing it initially, only to realize I didnt seat the ram fully into the slot. Once I did so, the RAM worked fine. Recommended.
