GUS Original Pill Fob, Made in USA, Stainless Steel Keychain Pill Holder, AAA Battery Holder

Simply a well-engineered product designed to last a long time. Made in America. I appreciated the personal follow-up from one of the company owners regarding my satisfaction.

I wanted a US made medical grade stainless steel for carrying pills. I read some reviews of cheaper Chinese pill fobs where people complained of powdery residue or flaking paint. Not what I want to ingest with my pills. It will hold about 9 Ibprofin tablets. This would also be good for carrying a spare AAA battery for a keychain flashlight. The fob screws into the cap smoothly and stays closed.

I have the original Gus pill fob from 35 years ago - its still going strong. The rubber gasket in the cap is dry, so I finally bought a new one, the same model. Its still the best pill fob in the world.

Bought as a gift for my husband, and he thinks its great! Fits on the keychain, and no one knows what its for. Update 1 yr later, I ended up buying this for myself as well, it is small and discrete so I can bring a few medications with me and I dont have to carry the bottles or a plastic bag with them.

This item is well manufactured and fully stainless steel, except for the O-ring, obviously. Two possible design improvements (not necessary, so far for me, but could be useful): 1) a square or similar fixed portion on the bottom or the bottom sides of the main cylinder to allow opening a stuck top by means of a wrench, 2) some sort of lock or clasp to prevent the Fob from opening randomly during long-term use (weeks or months). And also, I assume a Silicone lubricant would protect the O-ring, no maintenance is specified in the product literature.

Perfect case to hold my pills. Nice solid case! It is water tight enough to survive a drop into a puddle.

fits great on keychain in front pocket. previously had a titanium one that was too large in diameter which bugged me when sitting. the threads are well cut and the cap twists on and off smoothly. I would buy one again if I lost this one.

Pricey but well made in the USA and you always get what you pay for. I certainly didnt want to carry pills I ingest if I dont know how and where the fob is made. I purchased the original and its very handsome, sturdy and made from stainless steel. I will not use it all the time but when Im away from home I will now be able to carry my magnesium caps for my migraine attacks. I am so tired of worrying about the quality and purity of things we buy except for my GUS. The length in just under 2 1/2 in and its dia is 1/2 in.
