Very sturdy and seals tightly. Ive had it for a month and the top never unscrewed and keeps the pills dry.

I wore one of these around my neck for years. At some point, the chain broke and I lost it, so now Im replacing it. The thing was basically indestructible. I bet you could run over it with your car, and just get scratches. Probably if you hit it full force with a sledgehammer, after setting it up on a slab of concrete, then it might break. This thing is serious quality. The threads never wore out, the o ring never broke or stopped working, and it helped me keep track of taking my meds twice every day. Fits two capsules perfectly. No worries about your meds getting wet, no matter what you do or where you go.

I love how sturdy the pill tube feels yet this doesnt detract from its sleek appearance. This pill fob is on the larger end but that also means it can hold larger tablets and capsules. It can hold two size 0 or 00 capsules and 9-10 small tablets as shown in my picture. If that still doesnt give you an idea of how large/small the tube is, its almost exactly the same size as a chapstick lip balm, except that its thinner than a chapstick. So yes its pretty big. If you plan to wear it as a necklace, not a key fob as intended, make sure the length of the necklace is long enough so that the tube doesnt crush your sternum when things press against your chest. Oh yes, and stainless steel. I put the tube and the cap separately in boiling water for 15 minutes on the first day. One week after it still looks like new.

Not much to add to the other positive reviews other than to say that I judge the quality anything thats threaded by how easily the top catches the grooves and begins its spiral decent to a tight seal. This thing somehow manages to do it in miniature which is a marvel of craftsmanship

First, it does not take standard toothpicks; you must snap off about 1/4 of the length to make them fit. Second, it does not screw back on easily as you must carefully start aligning the threads. For the price - not worth it!

Great product at a good price. Nice and small, about the size of a AAA battery and goes nicely on the keychain. I use it to store some emergency items, good stuff!

Perfect to carry several pills with my keychain. Maybe a bit too bulky.
