After only a few minutes in each area, the relief is immediate. Over a few days of adding this to my stretches, I can see a huge improvement. He has shown me trigger points to use and this gun allows me to use them at home. it definitely helps me when my muscles are tense. i have a really bad back and this helps the pain and muscle spasms. it’s good to have and i use it a several times a week. i would definitely buy again.

She spent that weekend with me and we both enjoyed it. She used it all weekend, checking out the various attachments. LOVES IT!!! It comes in a nice little lightweight compartmentalized case so attachments and recharge cord dont get lost. I will probably invest in one for myself now that shes taken it home with her!
