Hakko 633-01 633 Soldering Iron Holder, White

This soldering iron holder is well made and for the money is a good value. Unfortunately many people think that this is a good soldering iron holder for the FR-301. The iron does not sit well into the Bakelite portion of the holder. Honestly I would put it down as to being dangerous used with the FR-301. The recommended holder in the Hakko FR-301 is the C1100. For whatever reason the C1100 is not offered by American Hakko on Amazon. Also on Amazons frequently purchased together window it recommends the 633-01. Even though people are buying these for the FR-301, it should be removed as a suggestion due to the ill-fitting when inserted into the holder. In my opnion it is an accident waiting to happen when used with the FR-301. I will say that I feel the 633-01 is a good product when used as intended by the manufacturer with the proper recommended iron.

Awesome holder, keeps my Magneto soldering iron safe and secure. The included gold cleaner works like a charm.

After a delay in receiving my initial purchase, the seller made good and sent a replacement. As noted by others, it is a bit light and is pushed around on the bench but it serves its purpose quite nicely. Ill probably mount it on a sturdier base but here it is with a simple coil Ive attached to hold an iron. Quite happy that I no longer have to dig it out of its case nor set it aside to cool off before repacking.

I had been looking for a stand / holder for my Hakko 808 for a while now. This stand works great, its a reasonable price and its solid and includes a nice Hakko tip cleaner too. If you need a stand for a Hakko 808 de soldering gun or other models look no further !! This does the trick ! Thanks.

Well made. Works very well. I wish the company would have included an attachable weight for the base, If it had a little more weight in the base it would be perfect.

The perfect stand for the perfect soldering iron. It is very sturdy and easy to move around without worrying about burning my hand. The brass tip cleaner keeps my point nice and shiny.

Handy for holding hot item safely. Good purchase with tip cleaner. Like the ease of using.

I dont whats up with HAKO recently but their build quality and design has fallen off a cliff. Not only is there heat damage, it literally fell apart and wont stay together.
