I have tried three diff erent surfaces nothing was cleaned

I ended up returning this steamer. Way too many parts and it didn’t work like the video.

This steamer has made cleaning so much easier! I use this stramer at least once a week. I have used it to clean soo many things mattress, couch, fridge, stove, microwave, tub/shower, tile, toilet,etc.. I have also used it to dust my stone fireplace. If you own a dog this steamer has been the best thing I have used to get those nose smudges off the windows!! I just steamed the spot and wiped with microfiber cloth. As far as refilling while cleaning it really is not that big of a deal. When it runs out of water I just wait for the red pressure indicator to go down and then I refill with water and continue cleaning. This is a great reliable steamer for the price.

I love everything about it except the short nozzle. Cleans well, enough power, last long. It’s just to short of a nozzle.

It does take awhile to warm up, if you do wait and aim it and hit the button a ton of water just sprays out. There is a red thing that pops up when it’s supposed to be hot enough but it does that a few times Before it’s actually ready. But once it is ready and working it does a wonderful job cleaning!!!

The 5-6 nozzle worked the best for all. The other attachments seamed to be less effective.

. Solid product ..it performed very well.. for for an inexpensive product it is good quality

Easy to use.

I first used this to remove tint film from a car window. Worked great and made that job go very fast. Going on I used it to remove stains from an auto floor liner and discovered that the flow rate significantly limits the area coverage. It generates a good flow of hot steam over an area about 3-4 inch across. Cleaning one small area at a time worked well. Don’t over fill it. The instructions say to only use 250ml of water or it won’t work well. Thus unless it’s used for only a small job you will need to refill it which means letting it cool before removing the pressure cap.

Bought this for my mother who was not able to hold it while using it. It isnt terribly heavy but too much for a senior. I had hoped the wand hose would be long enough to accomodate but it wasnt. I dont have any complaints about the functionality but it really wasnt used.
