I was having a hard time hanging my handicapped placard on the mirror with the cutout and it was going to start ripping. I bought this and the placard is protected and hangs easily on the mirror. I wish I had doneso earlier.

Great product. Due to use and environment, it will deteriate. So buy at least 2 sets equaling to 4 if you plan on using it forevwr.
