I did not have my handicap Placker for a year before the top ripped off of it and it became useless to hang up in the window. We thought of all kinds of ways to put it up there including tape just taping it to the window. I was told about these clear pouches by a friend of mine. For anyone that uses a Handicapped Parking Placard that is designed to hang on your rear view mirror, this is so handy to have. I struggled for years getting the placard to hang correctly and usually ended up moving the mirror to get the hook to hang. This holder is soooo easy to use that you will kick yourself for not having gotten one sooner. I like it so well that I have given them as gift to family and friends!
