UPDATE: I contacted Amazon about my missing needle, they sent me another set that had the missing needle in it. They dis not require the original set back. This was Ana AMAZING response and would recommend this 10 times over!!

The item is exactly as described, with bonus threaders and a bonus needle. There is also a nice pattern on the back of the packaging. Although I find shuttle tatting much easier on my hands, I am glad to have these needles to use for teaching or for a change. : )

Smooth needles with a blunt tip and thread eye the same diameter as the needle. Needle tatting was FAR easier for me to understand and learn than tatting with a shuttle. I am a knitter so I was already familiar with the concept of tying knots around a needle to form beautiful artwork. These needles expand my repertoire greatly.

I am just starting to learn this art. I was happy to have all sizes of needles so I can try different weight threads.

The were like the first set they worked great. It had been awhile since I had tatted. I need to do more practice
