I dont know how you need to fill this to make it the nice boxy shape as in the product images... My fiance has a different brand that has at least a sturdy cardboard insert to prop up the sides and keep it clean and boxy. This one was a little disappointing in that side. I do like the color and the amount of pockets.

This bag PERFECTLY fits into the personal item bin. It slides ever so smoothly. So much so that it makes your whole insides feel absolutely wonderful that youre beating the villian in Frontier Airlines. Mwuhahaha.

This is the perfect size personal item for airlines that I have been looking for. Spacious within the given parameters, looks durable, and love the compartments. I will report back if needed after more use.

The travel bag seems well made and had a lot if compartments. I only used it once on a road trip. Looking forward to traveling as a personal item on flight

So far I have taken two trips with this bag & it’s been great the zippers could be better I just been really gentle when closing the bag besides that is great specially the qualities as a personal item

I got this bag for flying Spirit. I needed a “personal item” sized bag and this worked great. The first trip I took it on the buckle for the backpack strap broke. It was too late to return. Customer service excellent. They took care of the issue with the bag. 5/5.

Will probably return unless seller will ship toiletry bags.

Great bag, I was gonna trade in for the blue but I ended up giving this one to my little brother. And Ill just buy another. The ONLY issue I had is sometimes the zipper acts up and will unzip, which is very problematic when traveling
