These are.. lightbulbs. There is nothing unexpected about them, and they work. Just annoyed that one of them was broken on arrival,.

Great bulbs well packaged and shines brightly in our bathrooms and a lot more energy efficient. We have motion sensor switches and works like a charm comes on instantly without no need of warming up or flickering whatsoever. Nice clean soft white lights!

USAGE: I needed bathroom vanity globe bulbs to replace expensive conventional-filament glass bulbs. My bulbs were mismatched and some had burnt out. These globes fixed these issues for me. LIKES: - They are surprisingly bright! Especially for only 5 watts. - The color is superb for this use. 3000 Kelvin is such a nice bright, yet warm glow. Now granted, using these in the mirror in the bathroom will not put you in the same light as when you are outdoors. Daylight is much more white in color. But who wants white light blasting your eyes in the bathroom? Certainly not me. - They are shiny enough to not realize they are plastic without close inspection. A nice touch. - These bulbs are plastic, so they will not break and shatter glass everywhere should I drop one while installing or removing one. - I got a 4 pack! Bulbs are better in packs. I always need another bulb. DISLIKES: - Because my use of these bulbs is very limited, I have no idea how long they will last. All I can do is update this review when any in my set goes bad. - Glass is prettier than plastic. These are plastic. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: Dont get too hung up on matching LED wattage to conventional-filament glass bulb wattage. This is only an approximate comparison, and because LED bulbs are actually electronic devices with circuits inside, the actual light output will vary from bulb to bulb and amongst manufacturers. LED bulb longevity is hit and miss. The claims of lasting many years is just a marketing gimmick. Because LED bulbs have internal electronics, they can break down at any time, just like any other electronic device. I have had LEDs last from a few days to a few years. Never beyond a decade though, regardless of claims or warranties. Because LED bulbs are prone to stop working, just like any electronic device, forget the marketing hype. I suggest looking for a good price point and take your chances. If you are lucky enough to have the bulb outlast the warranty period, great. If not, ask yourself if you will really go through the hassle of using that warranty, or simply buy some more and toss the bad. At the time of my review, these LED bulbs are priced quite nicely, which makes them a great choice. UPDATES: None at this time. I will update this review with any changes or important additions should any arise.

We added these to a light fixture and it enhanced the overall look. They were easy to install and added a great warmth to the room. Great product!

In our seemingly endless process of gradually replacing our incandescent and fluorescent light bulbs with LED light bulbs, these were used to replace the light bulbs in two different bedroom ceiling fans, Both have exposed downward facing light fixtures. Neither has a dimmer switch, so these worked nicely. Both fixtures had spiral-type fluorescent bulbs in them. Functional, but awful to look at. These globe lightbulbs have added a look of elegance that is very desired. The ceiling fan lights are not used too often, with bedside lamps providing most of the lighting in the room, but they do get turned on when performing tasks in the room, especially when more direct and bright light is required. These bulbs are 3000K - a little whiter than the 2700K yellow/amberish light that we like in lamps and mood lighting, but the light is still soft and comfortable. They are 60W equivalent, and the 4 bulbs in each fixture fills all the corners of each room with a comfortable amount light. These are well made, and so nice to look at. I am absolutely happy with them.

I’ve been switching out all of the light bulbs in my home from incandescent and fluorescent to LED to save money and to have them last longer. My guest bathroom has 4 light bulbs, and with the incandescent bulbs at 40watts each, I had thought it was bright. I switched to these 60 watt comparable LEDs at only 5 watts each. My bathroom is now SUPER bright white, and though it looks great, I now have to keep the bathroom very clean because I can now see everything! That’s both good and bad. However, as far as the light bulbs go, I love that it’s now very bright while saving some money. It changes the look and feel of my bathroom, and I’m very happy with the increase in the brightness level.

Got these to replace my broken light and I feel like its not as bright as the old one. I like harsher light because I just like to see everything clearly and these give a softer light. Still great though and definitely recommended.

This is the second set of bulbs for a vanity I have ordered, both the daylight white and it makes it so much brighter in my bathroom now. I even was able to swap out the warm LEDs I had for the main light with these vanity bulbs and now both sets of lights in my bathroom are the daylight white and brighten up the whole room. Love the low wattage usage and the long lifespan LEDs offer. Pick these up if you are considering upgrading to daylight white LEDs.
