Hardwood Universal Vacuum Cleaner Floor Brush 1 ¼ inch (1.25) (32mm) Inner Diameter with Horse Hair Soft Bristles 10” Wide Black

I was looking for an attachment that would suck well but not scratch my floors. Most brish attachments have a brush that is completely flush with the ground, making a transition ftom wood or tile to carpet a nightmare of alwsys getting stuck. The bristles on this brush feel and look like natural fibers, and are notched to allow some air and flex to vacuum well but not get stuck on carpeted edges from a sealed suction.

I recently received this hardwood floor swivel vacuum brush...but is was NOT the item described by the picture or the worded description. The one I received had the toothed version of the bristles and did NOT have the raised slot along 6 inches of the front bristles, as described. The brush I was replacing--because it was worn out--HAD this 6 inch slot, and I loved it! The fact that this Amazon brush specifically stated and was shown as having this slot was the main reason I ordered it, above the others available. As you can understand, I was thoroughly disappointed when it proved to be other than the item I thought I was ordering. (Please note that there is another review in February 2019, I think, that mentions this same problem that was supposedly being addressed by the company. Not!!) I have tried this toothed version of the brush, and as it seems to work at an acceptable level, I will not be returning it.....but please be aware that you may not get what you expect when ordering this item.

Its not built like its built for life, but its a better value than the absurdly expensive cost some vendors charge for an item of near-similar quality.

Love this brush for my hardwood floor. I dont know why Shark doesnt have it as an accessory. The connection is not quite there...the brush tube is smaller around than the Shark hose. I just added a thick rubberband to the brush side and crammed it into the Shark. It works great!!! I can still rotate the head without any problem. The price is great. Wake up Shark vacuum makers and add this to your tools!!!!!!

Works perfectly on all my wood and tile floors. Front brushes have a opening so dust can be vacuum in. Its doing the job.

Great find, much needed & fits well with the vacuum cleaner wand.

Love this brush. I searched far and wide for a brush with no rollers. I did not want plastic rollers scratching my floors. It was a wee bit large for the wand and did slide off. However, a few pieces of tape on either side took up just enough space to tighten it up. It snugs the wand very nicely, and I love the brush so still gets a 5 with my little quick fix!!! Great price too!

Tired of using Swiffer dry mops with the extra cost of refills, I purchased this for my (ancient) Hoover upright. Floors get swept faster, better, and no waste. No scratches on the flooring, either. Sturdy build, good value for the price.
