This plug worked great for our Halloween decor. It didn’t fit the plugs for our inflatables very well because the hinges on each outlet got in the way of pushing the plug in all the way. We pushed the plugs in as far as they would go and they worked fine. We just covered the outlet to make sure water didn’t get in. It was nice not having to go outside to turn everything off at night since we were connected to the app and our google home. We were also able to turn our decor on while we were away from home for the weekend. I had a little trouble connecting my plug to Wi-Fi but my husband figured it out immediately without instructions. We’ll be using it again for our Christmas display soon. I would still highly recommend even though we had a little trouble with our inflatable plugs.

Works great but the app setup is very difficult and only works if you have 2.4 GHz wifi speed not 5 GHz only. Most companies have the option to use 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz if you have 5 GHz but it may not be easy to go from 5 GHz down to 2.4 GHz. This app will only work on 2.4 GHz so make sure you have access to it.

Easy setup, just outlets cannot be controlled separately.

It works perfectly and it seems sturdy, but only time will tell. Its a shame you CANNOT control each plug individually in the app. What a wasted opportunity from the manufacturer.

It seems to be working great. I can turn it off when I am across town if needed. The steak to install out side is a little flimsy but works for now.

Great customer service! My first one would connect to WiFi and they rectified the issue immediately! Now it works great and super user friendly! Love that ai can set on and off times and just let it do it’s thing!

tried to use this product to set up lights. it didnt work, was not able to connect to the phone. and then when i tried calling the number they hung up on me.

This this is garbage. I just spent 2 hours trying to hook it up. The instructions are garbage, it will not connect to wifi nor an iPhone. Go to the store and buy 1 that isn’t from this maker. Garbage, hot stinky garbage.

It took about 5 tries to get it to connect despite having a strong signal. Then the power went out for a while and it forgot how to connect. Now nothing I do will get it to reconnect, not even having it 6 inches from the router.

Soooooooooooooo hard and confusing to set it up. Manual is reading and a very fine print hat use magnifying glass to read the instruction. 16 small pages to tell you how to set it up. Will return both items today. They leave you no 800 number to call you just want you to get online and start chatting with automated machine to help you out, what a joke.
