Works great but the app setup is very difficult and only works if you have 2.4 GHz wifi speed not 5 GHz only. Most companies have the option to use 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz if you have 5 GHz but it may not be easy to go from 5 GHz down to 2.4 GHz. This app will only work on 2.4 GHz so make sure you have access to it.

Had a hard time trying to program sent back

This product is great in theory. However, it is super limited on what can be plugged in. The plastic door covers stick out therefore limiting you to only plugging in things with very small or narrow plug heads. We could not plug in 5 of our 6 blow up characters and none of our outdoor light strands fit. Sadly returning it. It would have been great if there was just a little space in between the outlets on it and those plastic doors were either set back or designed differently.

Easy to understand instructions but the app was hard to find a connection. I already have the smart life app and it says it will work with that app but it took awhile for it to finally connect correctly.

This is being used to control my Christmas lights. It has been rained on and is still working. It was easy to download the app on my iPhone that allows me to turn on my lights with my phone, or set up schedules for when I want the lights to turn on/off, or even use Amazon Alexa to turn the on/off via voice. There are 6 outlets, all of which have a plastic door/cover to protect unused outlets. This is really a great way to control my Christmas lights.

Love that it interfaces with an app that gives so many options. Had no problem setting up or adding additional plugs.

OMFG what a pita to connect to Alexa. I feel like Im above average when it comes to connecting things like this. Ive got a smart hub, several ring devices, several cameras, tvs, xbox, smart bulbs and plugs, numerous routines, etc. BUT THIS STUPID THING TAKES THE CAKE!!!!!! 1.5 hrs later I just picked a random plug off of their stupid app list, pushed some buttons and got it to connect. What garbage directions, omg. I feel like the product is good but connecting with the directions is a GD NIGHTMARE!!! I will never get another one if connecting is this difficult.

Good construction nice design only downside is you cant operate the plugs individually they all work together. I end up having to buy a another power strip so I can control things separately.

Appears durable havent used it that much yet. Appears waterproof however top lid could close a bit more securely.Nice long cord with it as a previous one I had was like 1 long.A bit difficult to program all around and knowing that you have to have 2.4GHz WI Fi router

Was really excited to use this but you can only use a 2.4 Ghz bandwidth and I only have a 5 Ghz bandwidth. Disappointed that I have to return it
