I would have given it 5-stars, if it wasn’t for the cord. cord. The cord on this thing is ridiculously long, probably 30 inches too long. As a result, it drops down low enough that it catches on the cabinet door pulls when I’m trying to use it. It’s also very heavy, and with all the extra length, I have to be careful that the curler doesn’t get pulled off the counter. I finally bundled about 28 inches of cord together at the plug end, which still leaves me almost 5 feet of cord to work with. But at least I won’t trip over it.
