This seems to be a quality item. It doesnt take up much room, but is large enough to hold two hot brushes. Im happy with it so far.

This is the perfect heat-resistant mat for resting my hair straightener on while it is warming and as the straightener cools after use. I used to worry that my straightener might tip over and burn the countertop, and I would stress about checking the straightener even after it was unplugged. Now I just place the mat underneath the straightener and I can get ready for the day knowing my bathroom counter is protected. I’ve also found it nice for travel. I was concerned that the material might have a weird plastic smell, but it doesn’t smell like anything. Couldn’t ask for a better product or price!

I love this “cool it” pad. It doesn’t require much space and can be easily stored between uses. Your hot styling appliance rests on the mat between tasks. There is a small dial with temperature control. Heats quickly and cools down within a minute. You can even select from 3 colors. The mat is flexible and has a back pocket for storage. Cleans easily. After sadly burning a small place on my marble countertop, I was desperate for something to prevent my curling iron from touching it again! This pouch is excellent. I am able to put my hot curling iron away right after I use it which is a plus! Great to slip a curling iron inside when traveling! I am extremely satisfied! Thank you!
