I’ve been very happy with this Bluetooth headset. It was simple to connect and everyone I speak when I use this headset tells me I sound very clear and crisp. The battery life seems great. I haven’t had to charge in 2 days but I don’t use it a lot either.

I work at home and talk on the phone 70% of my day. My work communication is done through the laptop and I’ve been able to easily link this by Bluetooth to use for phone calls, Google Meet and Zoom meetings. I can have it connected to my cell phone as well, but I choose not to. I found that if a call comes in while I’m speaking to someone for work, my work call is interrupted. Would prefer it be the other way so I just don’t connect to both at the same time. The set is comfortable enough to wear all day. I’m able to hear clearly and be heard clearly.

This was an inexpensive and quality headset. It was comfortable enough for me to wear it virtually all day. It does sit snug on my head but everyone I talk to says that my voice is clear. The battery seems to last forever. I bought it expecting it to be cheap and acceptable while I was saving for a quality headset, but this one works great. Ive no complaints.

Works exactly as youd expect, every time. Comfortable enough to wear all day and isnt an eyesore. Havent heard any complaints about the mic quality, and voices on my end are clear as day. Great product. I do wish the charge me warning came a bit sooner.

I love this headset. I needed to get one as I injured my wrist and holding a phone tires it quickly, plus I dislike holding a cell phone for an extended period as its not as ergonomic as a landline phone. So I read lots of reviews and opted for this headset. Its great! The sound is great both on my end and for the person Im speaking with and it does a great job minimizing background noise. And the choice of earpiece sizes is great. What can I say, sometimes its the little things that make all the difference!

I bought this bluetooth earpiece to go with my laptop for taking calls online and videoconference meetings. It works so well! The quality, charge/ uptime, and visibility of the earpiece on my head are perfect. My only caution is that the part that wraps around the ear is rather large, but the plug that goes into the ear holds it in place regardless. Also, the range away from the desk is about 30 feet, so don’t walk too far away! Still 5 stars on this! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this item at less than $40.

I purchased this to replace an old Plantronics M50 that after many years was finally failing. My last experiences with Plantronics, Voyager and Legend series, were mixed. Somewhere prior to around the time they became known as Poly, the quality seemed to go down. I had trouble maintaining connection with the phone or experienced one way transmission very early in the life of those headsets, of which I had several and had even updated the firmware in them. So I had fallen back on my oldest stand by, the M50. Pros: Overall, I am very happy with the HEIBAS headset. The sound quality is outstanding and the volume is considerably louder than my old stuff. After a couple hours of use, the battery was only down to 93%, which I would consider excellent. It also has a nice selection of ear pieces to get the best fit. Cons: You do have to put in the case to know the battery level and to charge it so be aware of that if it matters to you. The other thing I have found after a few days of on and off use is that it is not as comfortable as I had hoped. It isnt terrible, just not as you dont even know youre wearing it as I would have liked. My personal use is limited to mostly in the house so I cannot speak to its noise cancelling ability. Overall, this is a very nice headset with good battery life, clear calls, good volume, and reasonable comfort. I really have no regrets and would not hesitate to recommend this to someone looking for a decent and reasonably priced headset. My overall rating of 4 stars is because of the comfort I described above, but of course everyone is different and that is likely just me.

I really like the headset just fine so far. Its exactly what I needed. Meets my needs very well making it totally hands free while driving on my job!

I like that this is small . Works better than typical larger headsets. Sound is loud and clear. I use for conference calls. I have had zero issues.

Bluetooth wireless headset is top notch. Couldn’t believe how quiet the background noise was when wife called from her car. Not the case with other headsets. This is a keeper! *Note* thought the charging case was defective. Wouldn’t display status when opened. The trick not mentioned in documentation or customer service is to place the headset in the charger, then close and open the lid. Works every time!
