This Bluetooth headset has been very useful, and easy to use. It’s comfortable to wear, and has a long battery life while you are wearing it. The added convenience of a portable Charger is an added bonus.

Bluetooth wireless headset is top notch. Couldn’t believe how quiet the background noise was when wife called from her car. Not the case with other headsets. This is a keeper! *Note* thought the charging case was defective. Wouldn’t display status when opened. The trick not mentioned in documentation or customer service is to place the headset in the charger, then close and open the lid. Works every time!

I spent hours and hours reading reviews on Bluetooth headsets with a four star rating or higher. It is my new best friend because my other three are sitting on my nightstand now. The controls are easy to use and I can connect to my iPhone and my iPad at the same time. I have taken off my mask a few times and had it flip out on the floor from 5 feet without any damage. I use 6 - 8 hours per day for telemarketing. My customers are always complimentary of the sound quality. Some even say it sounds like I am in the same room with them. The protective recharging case is a nice touch. I have no complaints about its performance. After three weeks of usage, I would buy it again.

I would say this is an ideal headset for me. I love its sleek design, the controls are intuitive (especially the big button which activates it), it pairs easily and has no lag. Also, the case is a beauty, it connects with many chargers and has a display indicating how much battery life is left--it actually looks a bit futuristic, which I love. Every time I ask people, they say Im coming through more clear than ever. And it can hold its charge through long conversations (up to two hours from my experience) without causing physical discomfort. It provides exactly what I want, no more and no less. I would recommend this to anyone.

Got this for my wife to use for Zoom meetings. She was very skeptical when I gave it to her. However, she said that it was very easy to install, sounds great and she looks professional on her Zoom meetings. Shes thrilled with is and has thanked me many times!

I love the way it fits and works. Its easy to operate and control. Very user friendly. I love it. I had to buy the one after I lost the first one, then my girl friend wanted one too.

I purchased this because I was looking for a more reliable and stable bluetooth connection to my iPhone for phone calls. Surprisingly, I have a set of Apple AirPods and the quality and connection is extremely disappointing. I gave up using my AirPods to make phone calls because nobody could hear me, but, when they can, they say that I sound like Im speaking through a tin can from a mile away. With the AirPods, the bluetooth connection to my devices is not as instantaneous as with the HEIBAS Bluetooth Headset. the HEIBAS is compact, lightweight, and it looks and feel like quality construction. Bluetooth connection to devices is seamless, and you can connect to two devices at the same time. The sound and mic quality is perfect. No complaints. The only negative, if would call it a negative, is if you connect to two device and you have to walk away from one of the devices, youll have to disconnect the second device, otherwise youll hear a beeping alert to let you know youre out of range. I paid $150 for my AirPods and $37 for my HEIBAS. I much happier and satisfied with my HEIBAS.

So far this thing has been excellent. Sound has been good on both ends of the call. No complaints from others I am talking to even in fairly nosily environments. Battery on head set last nearly 2 8hr shifts. Topping it up from the case is also quick. It was right at $30 bucks. Very good value. I have tried several other headsets sense my trusty Motorola h730 finally died. This is the first one that has felt even remotely the same comfort and quality level has that Motorola.
