We got these to replace our 6 year old Motorola set. Got 3 cameras with the monitor. They function all the same, however the camera quality and display quality is garbage in comparison. It’s barely 720p on the 3” display, which means grainy and blurry. Compared to the $250 1080p Motorola 5” display set. The Motorola is rated as a worse camera, but surprisingly is better than the hello baby. We still haven’t switched over completely. The hello baby set is alright. For the price is is good. You can see the baby. You can talk and listen and do all the things you’d want for your monitor. It’s small and easy to carry around. It switches from camera to camera on a rotating time period. Solid product for functionality, but in a world of 4K and 8k technology a 720p screen is unacceptable and embarrassing. It’s like looking a those big back CRT TVs from the 80s and 90s in comparison. Call me spoiled, but when you’re used to looking at an iPhone screen and then look at the hello baby monitor, it’s just depressing and frustrating.

Very good quality and easy to use and install

Ive been trying to pair the second camera since I opened the box. It is not working ... this was originally a gift and I liked it and wanted two in different locations in the house. However, I just opened the second camera and it isnt pairing.

This is my second camera in 2 months. The right left toggle feature has once again stopped working. Otherwise it’s a great camera.

We initially loved this so much we returned to buy a second camera. However; This monitor worked great until one day, the parent screen went funky (colored static lines across the screen) and then wouldnt turn on. This was accompanied by a strong smell of burning. We contacted the company who agreed to send us a new unit. They initially told us it would take 2 weeks to send it out. We never received it. I sent an email asking for an update weeks later and was told to be patient. Later, I sent another email checking up on it and now Im being ignored. *Update- weve finally received a parent unit from the company- to the wrong model, covered in someones hair. We cant even turn the device on because they didnt send a charger with it. The charger to our original unit doesnt fit. What is wrong with this company DONT bother with this company. Theres plenty more options to choose from.

I wish the monitor was bigger.

Great camera especially for the price!

I loved my first camera I had for my sons room. It was bought to give me peace of mind while he was in his own crib. And he was moved to his crib at just 3 months when I found he slept better there than the bassinet. My first child didnt leave my room till she was 2 because I was anxious about SIDs etc. With this camera I can see what he is doing and zoom lets me watch his breathing. My only issue is since buying 2 more cameras which only the 2nd one is hooked up I cant use both. Occasionally both work at same time Im going to try different locations to see if it can fix things. Camera tells me there is no signal. So I have to unplug one and reconnect the other to monitor based where he will be. Asides from that I still like it because I can move the camera around to see ny kids anywhere in the room.

I like that you can add multiple cameras. The quality it’s great for night and day. The 360 turning is very helpful.
