> 3 dayThese are factory replacement parts. They typically last 2-3 years. Hopefully these do too. It definitely beats buying a whole new pump. You can replace these parts in about the same amount of time that it takes to unwire an old pump and rewire in the new pump.

> 3 dayIf you own one of these pumps, you already know how good they are (long lasting and quiet). This rebuild kit covers the most common (only) trouble you should have. Installation is simple and straight forward requiring a screwdriver and single wrench. The pump operates on a couple of rubber diaphragms. Over time (years), these diaphragms will eventually wear out at the point where the rubber is flexing. The manufacturer even included a safety feature to prevent further damage if/when the diaphragm fails. Replacing the diaphragms takes less than 10 minutes if youre an incompetent baboon and less than half that time if youre a more qualified baboon. Once replaced, you can expect several more years of trouble-free operation and a smug look on your face for saving the purchase price of a new motor.

21-11-2024These work great. Original HIBLOW OEM. I tried a cheap knock off, and it lasted only 2 months. Tore the pump apart again and used this. They lasted a little over 2 years running 24/7 in the Texas heat. This is now my second set which I hope will run for a few years. When the time comes, I will order this very set again. You get what you pay for.

> 3 dayThis was a life saver for me and saved hundreds of dollars by rebuilding the air pump rather than buying brand new one(out of stock). I was able to rebuild my Aquaklear Dual port Hiblow HP-60w in under 30 minutes and now working like a charm. The videos on Hiblow website was very helpful. Thanks to Amazon prime for next day delivery.

> 3 dayThe kit appears to truly be OEM and high quality. The repair is pretty simple for anyone that is reasonably handy with do it yourself projects. Working efficiently - but not rushed - and first time working on the pump, I had the old parts out, new in and pump running in 45 minutes...

Greater than one weekThe repair kit was exactly as advertised and fit perfect. There were no instructions but videos are on YouTube which show exactly how to perform the rebuild. This took about 15 minutes to install and now my septic aerator is working again at a fraction of the price that a new one would have cost.

> 3 dayI am so grateful that these are offered online, especially on amazon. The Alarm on my aerobic septic system went off last week and well I was concerned. I called a company that I am contracted with to identify the cause of the alarm. Within five minutes I was advised that the issue was with my septic air pump and received a quote for $575 to replace it. That did not sit well with me. I did some research and found that my septic air pump can be rebuilt with this simple kit and with the help of some relativity common household tools. There are instructional videos on youtube and step by step guides with photos that will walk you though the whole process located on the internet. Im a very careful person and I take my time; swapping out the old parts and putting in the new ones took about 30 minutes. Make sure you do your research and have all the right tools before you go out there and rebuild the air pump, it will save you some hassle. My research indicated that the diaphragms in these systems wear out faster in southern states where the heat takes a toll on the material that they are made out of. Also, the the septic air pump can typically be rebuilt about two times. I have read that these can last about five to seven years, however I also read that some people have to change out the diaphragm out ever year or two. Just wanted to share those data points with you all. My newly rebuilt septic air pump works great and the best part is that I saved my self from having to spend $500 and get hustled. If you have any doubts, dont worry, you can do it.

> 3 dayIf your air pump has stopped working on your aerobic septic system and you light and or buzzer sounding. This is a easy and much cheaper fix than calling a repair main. Just a fyi, these type pumps have a dead man where if the diaphragm fails it will shut the pump down to prevent further damage. This comes With the repair for that as well.

> 3 dayVery simple installation, simply pay attention to your removal process of the broken diaphragm and reverse it for the installing the new ones. These should last for years (even though the pump runs 24/7) as long as you keep your filter clean. Slightly overpriced as is everything these days.
