> 3 dayThis is the only kit you should use to rebuild a Hiblo HP80. It’s a more expensive than some of the other options, but this is the real thing and will hold up. The kit came as scheduled, all parts in the box and the rebuild went smoothly. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube, and it’s not hard. One thing… this kit contains the tiny screw for the older generation pumps that is part of the safety circuit. On the newer pumps, the screw is not needed. There is a nylon actuator that rides on the diaphragm block. When the pump is running normally it holds in the plunger on a micro switch. If a diaphragm goes, the actuator pops off of the switch plunger and opens the switch. No more pita screw.

> 3 dayWhile my husband said these are easy to install, the product is failing and we just purchased in April. We have bought numerous times and they would last at least two years. This one is 5 months and failing. There is NO warranty information available.

> 3 dayThe kit appears to truly be OEM and high quality. The repair is pretty simple for anyone that is reasonably handy with do it yourself projects. Working efficiently - but not rushed - and first time working on the pump, I had the old parts out, new in and pump running in 45 minutes...

> 3 dayThis was a life saver for me and saved hundreds of dollars by rebuilding the air pump rather than buying brand new one(out of stock). I was able to rebuild my Aquaklear Dual port Hiblow HP-60w in under 30 minutes and now working like a charm. The videos on Hiblow website was very helpful. Thanks to Amazon prime for next day delivery.

> 3 dayLocal septic shop wanted $250 to do this same type of rebuild. They wanted $400 for a new pump. I could get a new pump on amazon for $270 (with one year less warranty). I opted to try my luck and rebuild it myself. Wa-la.. our pump is working again. Ymmv. Of note: They recommend not rebuilding these pumps more than two times. First, watch a yt video and see how its done. I opened up my pump and verified the 2x diaphragms were indeed bad and that the selector switch (older models have a sheer screw) was displaced before ordering. Lastly, enjoy a well-earned tasty beverage and watch your wife/partner/friend/whoevers eyes glow with satisfaction (or envy) after youve saved $190+ on a repair.

> 3 dayEXCELLENT rebuild kit !!! Such a great value. I bought second set after installing the first one, just because these days with supply chain problems and ridiculous inflation, I figured Id just buy another ahead of time. Now I should have a working pump after many years of servie. Good quality parts - fit perfectly - installed easily.
