> 3 dayBought this booster seat because we needed a narrow booster in between our two infant car seats. It was purchased in October 2022 and it is now March 2023. It has deflated three times now. I’ll be looking to buy a new booster seat and this one isn’t even 5 months old. Not worth it in my opinion.

> 3 dayTrue to description, this booster inflates and deflates in less than 20 seconds. It holds the air quite well. So well that when deflating you’ve got to keep the hole open in order to deflate completely. It’s compact and fits under a stroller. The hooks are helpful not just in the car but for hooking onto luggage if you aren’t ready to deflate. We’ve also used it as a booster in restaurants. Just a fantastic item.

> 3 dayDefinitely never written a review on Amazon and included photos so that should say something. I was really impressed with this seat from the get go. I’ll be brief so here are the highlights: PROS: • Thicker and firmer seat than a Bubble Bum (my 9 y.o. always felt the Bubble Bum was too squishy and flat) • No slip grip bottom (if you have a Bubble Bum you absolutely know how annoying it is that those seats slide around, especially on leather. Really doesn’t feel safe at all) • Wider seat with better side walls. My 9 y.o. said this feels a lot more like her Graco backless booster • Metal belt guides (as opposed to plastic) feel a lot more substantial. • Construction that feels very solid (the belt guides are secured to the actual bladder not the cover) • Cover very easily zips off for cleaning and is machine washable. • Interior bladder is wipeable vinyl • I love that the shoulder belt is secured by a strong, grip clip so it doesn’t slide on the shoulder belt webbing and need to be adjusted every time the child gets in the car. (I had “discussions” with my 9 y.o about the importance of using the Bubble Bum shoulder guide but who refused because it always just slid around) • Very quick inflation with the one way valve (no more trying to race to twist that valve shut!) • Deflates with one quick poke of the valve • The quality of the webbing is also much better, thicker and stronger on this seat than a Bubble Bum. POSSIBLE CONS: • I could see the width possibly being an issue especially if you’re trying to do three across in a very small car. But honestly, it’s an inflatable seat, so if it were me, I’d make it work. • This is heavier than a Bubble Bum and larger when rolled up (and stored in its travel bag) so take that into consideration if your child will need to lug this around for any extended amount of time. WHAT I WOULD CHANGE: If I had to nit pick, I might add some way to secure the tail of the shoulder belt clip to itself so it doesn’t dangle down my child’s back. The tail is also really long. So glad that there is a better inflatable option out there. With three kids in some form of car/booster seat we have to use them in our small suv and for traveling/carpooling. If my opinion changes, I’ll update this review but honestly I really didn’t like the Bubble Bum and many of the things I didn’t like about it are addressed in this seat. Good luck!

> 3 dayWe purchased two of these for my 5 and 8 year old when we traveled and had to rent a car. They were so compact, quick and easy to inflate and position in the car, and my kids had no complaints. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs booster seats on the go to help keep your kids safer in the car!

> 3 dayLoved to use this for traveling. This is our 3rd purchases since the first one after a year is already broken. The second one came with air leaking. Quality is not the best but when it works it is amazing. Recommended if you take you kids travel a lot:)

Greater than one weekThis is great for on the go from one car to another or when you have to travel to another state and you dont want to luge a heavy car seat through the airport or take a chance or them damaged the car seat especially if your not using the car seat on the plane and you have to check the seat in. This is a great way to not have to worried about any of that it comes in its own carry pouch so when not in use it can be store in it you can pack it in your carry on or tie it to the kids bags with out any issues as I did with my grandson. No issues with TSA no issues on the plane once of the plane and head out of airport while we were waiting for our ride I aired it up and ready to go into the car.

Greater than one weekThe Hiccapop UberBoost is the perfect portable car seat for kids about toddler age and up, to about age 10 or 12, depending on your childs size and weight. Its easy to inflate, deploy, and deflate. The carrying bag makes it perfect for travel. We also now use it every day, as our kids are older and dont need more than a booster. A few years ago, we spend several months researching portable booster seats for travel, with a lot of confusing reviews and advice. After an initial look through US, UK, and European approved models, we were down to a few brands, using the top car seat review websites. A look at reviews narrowed the choice to the two that we tried, the Mifold and the Hiccapop. While a little bulkier, the Hiccapop is lighter in weight and was our kids clear preference in terms of comfort. Hiccapop has a great line of products overall and excellent support as well.
