Unfortunately the first bag I purchased ripped instantly, but my return was smooth and I quickly received a new bag. The first one I received was definitely just defective! > 3 daythis backpack is SOOOO NICE. the material is really nice quality and the bag is SPACIOUS. there are lots of extra {good-sized} pockets from sizes for your phone, pens, money, all the way up to your laptop! my daughter squealed when she saw it … kept squealing as the discovered little poof ball keychains with charms to hang from it, and pins to stick on it. she’s soooo excited to start school. this blush color is just so pretty!
