It came with the pink pom pom but i serched every pocket and i even should get upside down but the pins not come with it I’m kind of disappointed because I was really excited about the pins but overall the backpack is very nice and very good quality and I love the pom-pom

> 3 dayI bought this school bag for my 11 year old for the return to school. What I like that it is not heavy to strap on her shoulders. Even with her school lap top and a 2 inch three ring binder. It also leaves space for her charger and extra folders. She can also carry a water flask on the outside pocket. Love that it has a lot of extra pockets in the front and inside as well as a secret pocket in the backside. Material is soft to touch but still strong enough to hold everything in place. It also came with the pink fussy ball key chain with two clip on decorative pins. Super cute!

Greater than one weekIt came a little smaller than expected. Surprisingly able hold a bunch of stuff: I’ve carried 3+ notebooks, 2 books, 2 laptops, & heavily filled folders with it. The padding on the back is nice on the back and is relatively comfortable. It is water-resistant. But it does get dirty easily and the little white buckles are pretty loose. Overall, a good purchase if you need a high school backpack.
