I would give it 5 stars, since its a nice, solid mount that does its job. But, strangely, it mounts flush against the wall, so that hole on the back thats clearly there for ventilation is completely blocked. I remedied this by adding two left over book shelf rubber feet that are about a 3rd of an inch long between the mount and the wall. The screws pass right through the center hole of the feet so it still feels quiet solid. This leaves a small gap so that the Switchs fan can actually breathe. Other reviews claim that overheating hasnt been an issue but Id rather be safe than sorry. I dont like putting my electronics under more stress than theyre designed to handle. A PC overclocker I am not lol

I have HIDEit mounts for my PS4 and now my Switch as well. They are well made and easy to install and are a very elegant solution for a clean wall mount install. I have my consoles mounted behind my wall mounted tv and it really cleans the whole area up and eliminates the need for any stands or anything under the tv.

Its really great, just wish it had a bit of cable management to it.

Helps make the area clutter free

I ordered 3 mounts from this company, one for the Xbox 1 X, one for the PlayStation 4 (got the wrong size), and the Switch. These things are so AWESOME!!!! Such a great alternative to paying someone hundreds of dollars to come make electrical outlets and hide wires behind walls (trust me I did my research). They look so good mounted and although we aren’t done yet, it makes it easy to hide the wires as well.

I dont care about hiding my switch but I did want it off the entertainment center so my toddler couldnt grab it anymore. It was easy to install and the switch fits perfectly.

I updated to the new oled switch and my previous dock was a little too small. With this one i was able to slide the dock right in and once again have my switch nicely displayed.
