Don’t waste your time with the black it’s not truly black. And they won’t respond to correct this. Returning this and now I have to go through the extra hassle of flushing my printer

Bright vivid colors!!! Love the quality.

It is my second time buying the ink (the first I had to discard) because didnt work and I ended up returning the printer and buying a new one ET 3840). Just put the ink in, and its not working whatsoever. The black is not so strong, and the blue is not aligning at all. I already lost almost 70 dollars on your products because I will also return this printer. Very disappointed.

I found out sublimation don’t match colors after heat transfer. On computer project letters it’s neon teal and fish gray. After print out, paper show me letter fade blue and sometimes green too.

I like this ink for several reasons. The bottles have a top which fit perfectly on top of Epson Eco tank ink wells, thus I have no spills. The ink is vibrant on my sublimation projects.

I like this ink. It was easy to fill the cartridges and seems to be holding up well. I chose this ink based on a strong recommendation by JenniferMaker.com who said a lot of good things about this product, including them having printer profiles for the Epson printers. However, after receiving this, installing it and starting my testing process, I found that they only have a short list of profiles and none for my ET-4800. In researching profiles further, I found their only outlet to be their Facebook page, in which you enter a comment requesting a profile. Based on the dates of comments left, they are not taking great strides in creating profiles. For this reason, I think 3 stars is actually generous. For those of you in my same position, I primarily use Silhouette Studio for my design and printing and have also tested using Adobe Acrobat Reader for large prints. The default printer profile actually produces the best quality prints, allowing the software to control the color, but they are not perfect (e.g., the yellow is off and hints toward a green hue). Silhouette was better than Reader. I tried some of the other profiles Hiipoo provides for other Epson printers (such as something in the 4700 range, as someone suggested) and others that might be likely candidates and the print quality was terrible. I posted a question to this page and received no responses. Im grateful the default profile works pretty well or Id be sitting with a bunch of stuff I cant use. I really cant offer opinions on other brands, but you would be wise to look at profiles available for your printer before committing to an ink brand.
