I made my first 2 mugs and they came out great.

This is my unpleasant experience. The printer is brand new(epson et2803). They use their ink and paper. The color is wrong. There is no after-sales service

Go ahead and order these that have the compatible tops and not those awful ones that you have to use the syringes with!

NO SYRINGES I had to go back and find it and saw that I no longer need syringes and it works great! Sorry for the confusion

I bought a brand new Epson eco-tank ET – 2800 and just now opened the printer and the Hippo sublimation ink, not sure what happened, but I had a difficulty with the yellow ink, not wanting to pour into the printer. I actually had to make a hole in the nozzle of the ink and I did end up making a mess!… I have not yet made anything with my new printer and sublimation ink,(still setting up) and really am hoping that it was just a defective bottle of ink and not my printer! Other than that the bottles opened and poured quite easily and mess free!!

I have been using Hiipoo sublimation ink for over 1 year and love it!

I have an eco tank 15000 which I use for sublimation. I bought this ink for initial setup. Just know that once the ink charges in the printer the black tank is not even close to full so I had to turn right around and order more ink. $$
