Greater than one weekCouldnt understand why all my prints looked strange. Took out the bottle of inks and realized that the black ink had turned to a sepia BROWN! Not at all what I need or want. So disappointed. I have no idea how Im going to get the brown ink out of the tank. Contacted customer support and have heard NOTHING.
