I bought this for $20 and received this product within a day! I followed the instructions and plugged in the USB drive first, waited about 7 min. It showed me Hirens Window 10, took off the USB drive, shut off my computer and I insterd the CD, followed the instructions once more and within 5 min I was able to recover my files and everything else!!!! I am so grateful I found this product, saved me SOME $$$

> 24 hourI had ordered the giddens CD disc and USB stick did not fix what it says going to fix I requested a manual because the instruction sheet did not follow through with instructions so the technical support fell to deliver the manual after four requests and would not refund because the software was opened. My question is how do you know its going to work or not work if you dont open it and put it in your computer. Think twice before ordering software from this company!!
