> 3 dayThis replacement is not close to the quality of the original. It has a short pull length to start. It also squeals a good amount when you have it extended when trying to start the blower. I should have saved my money and just replaced with a true original or not at all. I would not recommend this product.

> 3 dayTough time getting the lower tank screw out of the housing, but the part was a quick and easy swap. Works great. Wish the item description itself was a little more clear that this part fit the RB24AEP models. Felt like I had to do some cross checking there to verify that they might could clear up faster in the item copy.

> 3 dayI can add my confirmation to this: it is a perfect fit for my Hitachi RB 24EAP leaf blower. The coiled spring inside my existing unit was bent beyond easy repair, and after multiple hours of still trying to fix it without success, I caved and bought this. Fortunately, it took me all of 2 minutes to screw in place, and I was back up and running! I wish it wasnt nearly $30 to repair a $100 leaf blower, but I suppose I could consider it saved me $70 on purchasing a new one.
