I recommend these teethers. They do make my little one drool like crazy and at times he puts it too far and gags .. haha, but he still loves them.

This item is better suited for toddlers rather than infants. There is a safety concern with this product due to there being no stop ring at the end of the straw. While I feel safe letting my daughter use this product now shes older than what this product is marked for.
