ENGINE BLEW UP!!!!!!! IT WILL NOW COST ME MORE TO REPAIR IT INSTEAD I GOING TO REPLACE IT WITH A TRIED AND TRUE BRIGGS & STRATTON ENGINE. HONDA MAY HAY A GOOD ENGINE BUT A VERY LOUSY DESIGN!!!!!!! ENGINE WENT BAD WHEN I HIT A CONCRETE SEWER PIPE!!!! BRIGGS WOULD HAVE JUST SLOPFTED IT OFF AS A BAD DAY

If it’s still available definitely spend the extra $1.00 for the limited edition air filter. After installing this air filter, when the V-Tec on your Honda self propelled push mower kicks in, it’s really gonna pull wicked hard. I recommend wearing gloves when mowing, for better hand grip, to help control the torque steer. Also be careful you don’t tear up your lawn, your Honda push mower is gonna become an import beast, after installing this limited edition air filter.

Got this as a replacement filter for my Honda HRX 217 GCV190 mower. Its exactly the same as what came with the mower new from Honda. But after two cutting seasons, the old filter had gone from white to a full dust bucket dull gray. Slid this into its place and was good to go. Mower was no longer running rough.

Not much to say. Its an air filter and it fit my mower just fine.
