Looks exactly like the photo. Completely rainproof and blocks the suns rays. I just wish I could fold it back up the way it came to me. And Im not sure how sturdy the pole is. Only time will tell.

The handle part came off during first use, I repaired. The umbrella is actually kind of hard to open and close, which kind of surprised me- I didnt know that umbrellas could be difficult to operate. It is so super freaking cute though and it does help to block the sun so I have made peace with the umbrella and try to be careful with it.

This is a nice umbrella/parasol combo with a few really obnoxious problems. Its very good at doing its job, and looks way cuter in real life than in the pictures, with an neat little dotty internal pattern and blank space thats both smaller and less-ugly (even pretty!) than it looks here. Unfortunately, its kind of awkward to use, and it wont last a long time unless youre very careful with it. Definitely dont be afraid to glue the legs/spars of the umbrella back in their holes - just one *small* dab of gorilla glue on the hole before you put the leg back in is plenty for it to hold for a much longer time. Dont expect it to close down as small as it is when you first get it, and it takes a good bit of time to tie is closed without twisting the legs all around. That said, its still really good at blocking both rain and sun, and the material is quite thick and opaque. Its a good value if you carry a bigger purse or bag and are willing to be very careful and spend some extra time on it, but be sure youre aware of its disadvantages before you order. Really hard to close all the way without damaging it It tries to be purse-sized, but its a little too bulky Doesnt really fit into its carrying case very well Coverage is a little small - if you have long legs, dont expect this to keep them dry in a big rainstorm, especially if theres wind The handle is kind of awkward to hold, especially if you have bigger hands.

I bought one of these a while ago, and it lasted me three years. It only broke when I started neglecting it and let the rods rust! I bought a second to replace it, I love it so much! It can make things a little hot in the sun, but it sure does scare off sunburn! I also get lots of compliments about it!

I was really the best, as I went to Disney world. The sun there was unbearable strong and very high humidity. It kept me from burning, as I an fare skinned and I burn blister then peel. Very easy to carry, very light weight.

I bought it because it looks like a parasol and is multi-functional. Ive tried to use regular umbrellas to keep the sun off, but they get hot. This umbrella is UV rated and doesnt trap heat. You can also use this umbrella for the rain. It comes with a little handled lace bag which just looks like a carrying case, but the bag is also lined with the waterproof lining and can be used to house the umbrella when its wet, in case you have to put the wet folded umbrella in your purse or backpack. The only issue I have is that the knob handle keeps unscrewing and falling off, and one of the hooks on the spokes has already come undone (Ive only had it since June). Otherwise, its a good purchase and I get a LOT of compliments on it because its so unusual.

I looooove this parasol. Texas heat and sunlight is no joke in any season, so this cute tool helps me stay cool or dry on my way to class or work. I have gotten a ton of compliments as well!

Excellent parasol, also works well as an umbrella. I bought this to keep the sun off of me when I go for walks and it works great! It’s very pretty, just like the pictures. I get lots of compliments and it does a great job of keeping me shaded. It folds up fairly small and come with a little bag to store it in. I’m very happy with my purchase.

When I received this in the mail, it came perfectly wrapped up and neat. However, after I unpackaged it, it kind of went downhill on me fast. Perhaps I was a little rough with it, but I found some loose strings, I almost broke it trying to get it open, and I could not fold it back up the way it was originally. The little lacy bag it came in was a godsend since it fit right in there, but it was a tight squeeze. I dont foresee using this parasol often in fear of ruining it, but for the price, Id say its worth it. It is a pretty parasol, dont get me wrong, Im just a little disappointed that its so cheaply made that just opening it is scary. Feels like Im gonna rip it up by accident.
