Well I Use this product for weight loss to help me sweat more when Im working out, walking,working,cleaning up it really dont Matter what you are doing this product will work doing the bare minimum its a great product and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Gives a good sweat. I’m pretty sure I smell as if I just applied bengay or icy hot when I go to the gym but it definitely does what it says.

I have a week or 2 of trying this product out. I will say that the smell is there, as some say. I do like the smell, so it does not bother me. The cream does work, but I feel that i have to add a good amount to feel its effect. I will continue to use it, and see how it really works at the end.
