Greater than one weekI love it. I was very skeptical at first bc a lot of stuff is a scam- please notice the very exspensive lotion that is suppose to tighten appearance of skin, but it wasn’t. I do use a sweat band or tight workout es que clothes on each part where i put the lotion. This lotion does get hot though, immediately wash your hands right after. My friend got it in her eye because she didn’t wash her hands after applying it
