I love it. I was very skeptical at first bc a lot of stuff is a scam- please notice the very exspensive lotion that is suppose to tighten appearance of skin, but it wasn’t. I do use a sweat band or tight workout es que clothes on each part where i put the lotion. This lotion does get hot though, immediately wash your hands right after. My friend got it in her eye because she didn’t wash her hands after applying it

This is the best hot cream Ive come across. First time users may experience the sudden discomfort of hot flashes, while veteran users may find this to be the best thing since sliced bread. For best results apply to mid section, love handles and back bra bulge then Saran wrap entire mid section from the bottom of your stomach to under the boobs at least 5-6 times. For even greater results place a waist trainer on top and drink lots of cold water.

The smell is menthol like which doesn’t bother me. It did have the tingling for a few hours which was also expected and fine. The low star review is bc it made me break out in a bad rash. Just in the place I applied it. I just used a little one time. I didn’t read any reviews of people breaking out in a rash so I’m not sure what’s going on there. It did not itch just really bad dark red spots all over the applied site. UPDATE: The seller replied to my above review pretty quickly and they were very kind. They asked if I would like a refund or to get another product instead. I chose a refund. I wanted to update my review bc they have great customer service so I’m moving it up to 4 stars from my previous 2 stars. Customer service is worth 4 stars with or without the product.

I like the fact that is does assist in burning the fat. I used thus product on my tummy and thighs ☺️

5 stars for the heat… 3.5 for the smell (it’s pleasant but to strong and burns the eyes soon you apply it) TAKES LESS THAN 40SECS TO FEEL THE HEAT. Heat rate: 8/10…. Think icy hot

It has a great scent and it is very moisturizing.

From the time I put the cream on till the time I took it off I was sweating. It really works.

It works wonders for what it’s supposed to do but definitely expensive for such a small amount I don’t know if I’ll buy it again yet but it definitely works for waist trainers and the scent is absolutely amazing

It does what it says it will do. Definitely makes you sweat in the place where you apply and gives a you a tingling sensation for sure. Not sure if it really tightens the skin because I had to stop using it because it gave me a horrible heat rash. I tried it when sleeping at first and it seemed okay and then tried it again when working out and it made me sweat like crazy then I got the rash. Worth trying but be careful.

This product is the truth!! Ive been using this product for some years now & with consistent use, a heathy meal plan and of course exercise it really works. I love how it keeps my waist trimmed and snatched! You won’t regret buying this product.
