It is what it is... tried the recycled, but they dont work like the original.

HP CE320A Laserjet 128A Cartridge - Retail Packaging - Black did meet my expectations. Cartridge was easy to install and works great. I will purchase this product again in the future as needed.

Sadly, I wasted money on substututes and was forced to pay the high price of genuine toner. I hate the high price, but it is infinately better than the substitutes.

Genuine HP, works the first time every time with an HP Laser Printer. Other substitutes may or may not work.

These cartridges work great, but as another reviewer noted, DO NOT replace when the toner low message appears. We used our cartridges (colored and black) for at least a full year of home use after messages appeared before we needed to replace. My advice, ignore the low toner messages and wait until you see a noticeable decrease in print color/quality.

HP, is the biggest rip off. Too expensive. Then yo have to buy the 3 color tenors for $225 too
