I got this for my child’s birthday. She uses it for gaming and normal daily use. It did say it was touch screen however it is not. We were disappointed bc that was a key factor for choosing the computer.

I got this because my old Lenovo AIO fizzled out after 8 years of use. This was a gift from a very dear relative who knew the panic of being without a computer these days. I was so leery of an HP brand, but those fears are gone. This PC is a dream. Easy to set up in only a few minutes. It is not a touch screen which is fine with me, and there is no DVD writer, also fine with me. It comes with Windows 11 S which only allows you to download apps from Microsoft which was not fine with me. But after chatting online with an MS agent he helped change over to the standard windows 11. He actually was able to access my computer online and then did all the work for me. Now I can get apps from anywhere. If I have only one complaint it is about the metal stand. It has a very large footprint that juts out in front of the screen, thus preventing me from sliding the keyboard inwards a bit so I have more desk space when not using the keyboard. But they sell monitor risers online. I chose to build one myself. So far all seems to be working well. Easy to use and super-fast. As a senior citizen, I couldnt ask for much more.

When I first got this it ran great, I’ve had it for about 3 months now and it runs just as bad as the 12 year old computer I replaced it with. EXTREMELY SLOW, like can’t even open one window of chrome without a 60 seconds delay kind of slow. When typing in word it takes about 45-90 seconds for my text on screen to catch up to what I’ve actually typed. All around a waste of money. I’m not asking this machine to do anything crazy, just basic email and word. Can’t do it. Trash.

I love it untill I moved and lost the power cord

I havent had a desktop pc in YEARS and never an all in one. Ive used laptops for the convenience. But I needed a new one and went with this, mostly because of pricing - which was great! My pc shipped early and was easy set up, right out of the box. The screen is large and bright. The speakers and camera work very well. I love the keyboard - I was sick of those flat keys. Ill eventually get used to the wired mouse. Or.... Ill use my wireless. But I love it! Great purchase!

Its a great buy. Just a couple of issues here and there, but overall it works pretty well.

The touch screen feature isnt really optimized on a desktop pc, that being said, it works great when desired. Great response time. The monitor however suffers from discoloration after a few months. It also isnt as good of a quality for its price range. Gave it to my little brother so he can learn to code. All-in-all its a decent PC.

I bought this computer because my old computer had windows 8.1 which was going to be unsupported soon so I got a new computer instead of upgrading my windows. I like that it came with a free dropbox for transferring my files. I disabled the touchscreen on my old computer because I had problems with it and I did the same with this one. The screen size is the same as my old one. I would have liked a larger one but didnt want to pay the extra cost. One thing I disliked, it only comes with a one year warranty so I tried to register it right away. When I went to HP, they listed my warranty starting three months before I bought it. Ive tried to get it corrected but with no luck so far. It didnt look like my computer had been sold before but I guess looks can be deceiving. I was a little hesitant to get windows 11 but so far it seems to be working good.

I was given this computer as a gift for going back to school(college). I needed something that can handle the amount of work that I will be doing. I am completely satisfied with what i received. It makes me smile from ear to ear. The specs to this computer are awesome. I am still getting used to it. I love it, though truly a great gift that was purchased for me. Thanks to my angel for getting me this.
