There was a hidden or corrupt admin account on it. Couldn’t add or change passwords or programs. Finally had to send it back!

Easy to set up. A ladys voice walks you through the whole set up process. Clear vivid picture, fast moving through different applications, windows 10 working fine, comes with word, excel and many other significant programs that are perfect for me. The CDROM made my printer set up a breeze and easy set up instructions like where all of the plugs go into where. Even easy for ME! Very pleased and would highly recommend especially if you need the CD because new models coming out dont have the CD. You would have to buy a separate CD unit (only about $40.00) but why have to. Again GREAT Computer!

The touchscreen dont work, mouse that came with keyboard stopped working after a few uses.

I purchased this computer to simplify and compensate for the small workspace I now have. The most important part for me was that it came installed with the basic Microsoft Office, as stated multiple times throughout the Specifications. Yes it does, but only for a free 3 month trial. After that there is a monthly fee to use it... or you can use the online version for free, but each time you want to open or create a document, you have to go through multiple screens just to get to the program online. At that point everything works through the cloud. (Even just to open a pre-existing document you can view any of your documents, but cannot edit / add to anything without paying the fee or go through the cloud. Its very misleading, very frustrating, time consuming, inconvenient and very disappointing. Had I known that at the time of purchase, I dont believe I wouldve purchased this computer. Its unfortunate, because it is a very good computer and very user friendly.

I thought this was touch screen like the other one I bought for office. Camera is okay. Overall not bad for price

I didnt need anything fancy - smancy for what I use this computer for. No gaming, big time storage, extensive business use, yadda, yadda, yadda so this machine is working out fine for me to date. Ive had it for a couple of weeks now and had someone who was computer wise suck all of the information stored on my old machine into the new unit. I would have been lost trying to tackle that myself.
