Love the look, clarity and efficiency of this computer. I think that the pop-up camera could be much improved. I have to attach an external webcam for my Zoom calls.

This HP All in-one model is an awesome value at a surprisingly low price point if two things are acceptable: no touchscreen and the 8 GB main memory is shared with Graphics (so only 6 GB effective for programs). For my desk/office use, I only use mouse/keyboard so no issue for me. Boot-up/setup was easy and flawless, the performance boost from the 256 GB SSD drive is huge (if you are used to a hard disk drive), graphics are clear, and including a writable DVD drive is a nice plus. You pop up the webcam when needed, although the HP webcam quality is not the best. This system is TOTALLY quiet. Great choice.

Used to love HP but no more. It was cheap looking, got locked into a loop and wouldnt stop, and was THE SLOWEST computer Ive ever had. Never again

Just plug in four wires and go, works great, what surprises me are the built in speakers. They sound amazingly good. This is written four months later, just got the computer back after one month of repairs, after three months the mother board broke and it has been a nightmare waiting to get fixed. They did fix it though, but if it breaks again I will be buying another brand.

This is my first all-in-one system - been an HP laptop user for many years. I use this primarily for my home business and Customer Service seasonal work. The picture quality is amazing and the camera is decent, just what I needed for my home office; I did swap out the USB mouse for a Bluetooth enabled one but the keyboard is perfect.
