Love this computer, great quality!!

After a month or two the computer starts running super slow

Works as described, quick download on wifi, would recommend

It takes 2-3 minutes once connected to to wi fi to even load google or another. then to move to Yahoo, another 3-4 minutes just to load Yahoo, then if I do 2-3 searches inside yahoo it takes 10 minutes. this is too much load for this machine. ??? dont really follow why this is occurring. I keep it clean the disk and the libraries I only have 8 % of the disk with any data on it. something is not right here, I am considering purchasing a system cleaner that I trust but afraid that too will slow it down, I don t game I dont use office none of that is even loaded on this box.?? the only app. I have loaded is Macaffee. and it runs after hours. I have not even begun to consider the new 2021 win 10 update. it may run for 2 weeks. I wonder if adding more GIGS would help?

We loved these computers at first. I bought 3 for my new office. However, just as soon as the warranty expired so did the computer. It turns on but nothing happens. When you troubleshoot, nothing works. Its now just a pile of junk. :(

I thought this was touch screen like the other one I bought for office. Camera is okay. Overall not bad for price

One of the best desktop I ever owned .

HP customer service is the worst! I bought this item, and, within the first 5 weeks, it went black on the screen. I had to travel 60 miles round trip to mail it back to them, in the carton, HP provided. It was over a 2 week wait to have it returned to me. It only stayed fixed for a few more weeks. Now I cant get the right department, to return it to them, once again. The screen goes black intermittently, sporadically. I give up. I love the large screen, but, other than that, I think its a waste of money. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. I am HUGELY disappointed, and I juts hope the screen stays on. ARRGGH!
