The value was great

When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.

Everything that I print now prints out black. It was the only cartridge that I needed. What can I do?

Ink cartridge is not a valid HP cartridge and printer rejected it.

According to my HP Officejet Pro 8610, the ink is genuine HP ink.

Good

Color is spotty, streakyand thin. This is either not a genuine HP product or its really poor qualilty.
